Mosman 1
Contemporary refurbishment to a 1960s home
Substantial rock excavation was carried out under the existing ground floor level creating an entry foyer, rumpus room and swimming pool, with garage and main stair entry at street level.
An existing 1st floor concrete balcony was cantilevered by using structural steel beams tied into the existing external walls.
A predominance of stained timber and stonework highlights the internal finishes.
The exterior finishes feature sandstone rubble walls and retractable stained timber louvres.
This outstanding home was completed in 2006.
