Modern beachside home completed in 2005
This new three level dwelling is overlooking Bronte Beach.
It has a central foyer and stairwell with the north-facing wall and roof of glass which creates a light and breezy central core. A sense of privacy is maintained with extensive use of timber and aluminium louvres. The architect’s use of curves softens the cube appearance of the exterior, while the interior curves create a seamless transition between the living areas.
